Veda groups believes that "talent" must have the ability to discover others' strengths and improve one's own weaknesses to create forward-looking, cooperative, and precise teams. Broadly speaking, Yida Group's talent development program consists of three cyclical stages. First, we start by enhancing the knowledge density of our colleagues. With a solid foundation of knowledge management, they can quickly grasp key points when managing themselves, executing tasks, and communicating with others, thus avoiding the pitfalls they were accustomed to in the past. Second, Yida Group provides numerous opportunities for talent. Through the accumulation of work experience and the adjustment and correction of mistakes, we cultivate strategic thinking and strategy formulation skills. Finally, knowledgeable and experienced colleagues take on the important role of mentors, sharing their experiences with others and learning new knowledge, skills, and tools from newcomers. This creates a continuous cycle of growth and improvement in talent development.
Each stage of implementation has corresponding systems and practices within the Veda Group. Over a quarter of a century, we have always adhered to our core corporate values and operational focus of "inheritance and sincerity, nurturing and talent." Individual performance and consultation and evaluation—interview to understand career development plans:At the beginning of each year, every employee must complete an annual performance evaluation form. Mid-year and end-of-year performance reviews are conducted, allowing supervisors to assess employee performance through interviews. Goal setting and performance evaluations help monitor and enhance employees' development. The scores from the performance evaluation form also influence performance bonus distribution. If a supervisor believes, based on the evaluation scores and capability assessment, that an employee qualifies for promotion, they may submit a promotion request to the company. The evaluation ratio for all male and female employees from executives to general staff is 100%.

Under the condition of company profitability, performance bonuses are distributed twice a year based on departmental performance and individual achievements.

Departmental transfer system—creating a win-win situation for employees and the company
Diverse talent development, creating a win-win situation. Veda Group offers a "departmental transfer system" to encourage employees to accumulate knowledge from different industries and develop a broad range of professional skills. After one year of service, employees can proactively apply for a transfer to different industry client groups to challenge new areas. This allows them to rotate to different industries and clients, applying their learned knowledge and skills in new contexts. After three years in the same department, the HR department will initiate discussions with the employee and their supervisor about career planning, understanding the employee's career aspirations and expectations, and making further arrangements accordingly.

Since 2018, Veda Group has implemented the Mobile Office system, allowing employees to perform work and handle business outside the office. This system provides flexibility, reducing commuting costs and time. It also anticipated the need for remote work during the pandemic and can accommodate various project-related activities, PR media events, external client meetings, and CSR courses. In addition to cost savings, it also reduces carbon emissions from commuting. According to 2023 statistics, an average of 49% of employees applied for Mobile Office each month.

"People-oriented" is a crucial cornerstone for Veda Group's sustainable development and the core of our corporate culture. We facilitate smooth feedback channels for employees through strategic planning. Veda Group's cultural development programs focus on people, encouraging participation in cultural innovation processes across all levels. Each year, we hold a "Kick-Off Meeting" to discuss annual operational directions. Monthly "All-Staff Meetings" are conducted to share new knowledge and foster mutual growth, while weekly "Tea Parties" aim to enrich personal interests and cultivate a relaxed atmosphere. We hope these activities will ignite employees' innovative enthusiasm for their work and unlock their full potential.
As autumn transitions into winter, the company hosted the 2023 Sustainable Living Gatherings to seamlessly integrate sustainable aesthetics into everyday life. The theme of this gathering was "Sustainability with Aesthetic Value," aiming to lead participants in experiencing and practicing the beauty of sustainability through diverse cultural experiences. The event featured a rich array of activities. Participants enjoyed sustainable nectar experiences, tasted spring water and tea, and felt the purity and tranquility of nature. Traditional music performances, including guqin and erhu, provided both a cultural heritage and spiritual cleansing. Additionally, the event included discussions on sustainable travel and fashion, offering practical advice on integrating sustainability into travel and daily life. The venue showcased several artworks with sustainability themes and featured a calligrapher, allowing everyone to experience the beauty of sustainability in an artistic atmosphere. Through this series of events, participants deeply realized that sustainability is not only an environmental concept but also a wonderful way of life. By approaching it with sincerity and observing with a calm mind, the beauty of sustainability naturally emerges and can effortlessly and joyfully integrate into our daily lives.
